Yackandandah Community Centre - Meeting Room Hire inclusions:

• Easy online booking system.

• 30 seats theater style and 20 meeting style. Room size 6.5m x 6m (39m2)

• NBN Wifi and room camera for online meeting capabilities.

• Use of large-screen Smart TV, share screen through HDMI cable or chrome cast.

• Kitchenette facilities inc. 600mm oven & dishwaher, kettle/urn & microwave, cockery/cutlery and full size fridge.

• Internal bathroom inc. hand washing sink, toilet & baby change table.

• Heating and cooling.

• Tea & Coffee amenities.

• Nearby outdoor areas for break-out sessions.

  Fees (inc GST)

• Casual use: $20 per hour.

• Regular users: $120-$360 per year , depending on use.

• Free of charge for selected not-for-profit community groups (pending YCC approval).

• Inspections welcome, please email manager@ycc.org.au to arrange.

Conditions of use:

• You MUST have the appropriate public liability insurance cover for the event or activity you are performing whilst using the room.

• The sign-in register MUST be filled in with each use (located within the meeting room).

• Must adhere to the Room Hire Agreement Terms and Conditions of use.

How to book:

1. Check avaliability on the online calendar below.

2. Complete the online calendar booking.

3. Complete the YCC Room Hire Agreement Form (regular users only required to complete once a year).

4. Send completed Room Hire Agreement Form and Current certificate of currency for appropriate Public Liability insurance to manager@ycc.org.au
