Beechworth Health supports the provision of Club Connection in Yackandandah which is a social group opportunity for locals.

Club Connection offers social connection programs via a range of fun and social activities. Make new friends and reconnect with old ones in a relaxed social group which meets weekly for a changing monthly calendar of activites such as:

  • Light exercise

  • Walking groups

  • Social outings

  • Trivia & Games

  • Light lunches

  • Mind challenges

  • Guest speakers

  • Art & Craft

Transport is available. Pick-up can be arranged for those living in and around Yackandandah.
Getting involved is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Go through Beechworth Health Intake Officer to register

  2. Provide Medicare number and an emergency contact

  3. Provide My Aged Care Number. The person must have 'social support' as one of their approved services.
